Shopping

Weekly shopping for the vulnerable men and women: The elderly, those who have lost a family member, those with underlying illness or self-isolating who are unable to go out.

 

First African Food Bank

COVID-19 Support for African Families Across Greater Manchester:

Edo Diaspora UK created the first African food bank to meet the needs of families, since the lockdown we have supported over 800 African people with African food across Greater Manchester.

Yam, Rice, Plantain, Honey beans, White Beans, Garri, Semovita, Ground Rice, Indomine noodles, Onions, Pounded yam, Maggi, Vegetable Oil.

Part of the Ardwick and Longsight mutual aid group: Deliver food to African families who reside in Ardwick, Longsight and West Gorton.

 

From July 20th
Tuesday: 4:30pm to 6pm -Pick up/delivery

(By appointment only so that we are able to maintain social distancing). Please do not forget to wear your facemask, if you do not have one, our volunteer will give you one upon arrival, use the hand sanitizer provided and please do not forget to maintain social distancing.
